Hi, I'm Jessica — a licensed CPA and the founder of Thrive Accounting. I spent years working in the corporate world, learning the ins and outs of accounting at a high level. But somewhere along the way, I realized my passion wasn't in the boardroom — it was with the small business owner who was working incredibly hard but still felt lost when it came to their finances.

I saw it over and over: talented, driven people building businesses they loved, but carrying the weight of financial stress and confusion that didn't have to be there. They didn't need more complexity. They needed a partner — someone who could take the overwhelm off their plate, explain things clearly, and actually help them understand what their numbers meant for their future.

So I left corporate and built Thrive Accounting from the ground up — with one goal in mind: to help small business owners go from overwhelmed to in control. Not just by doing their books, but by helping them truly understand their business finances for the first time.

When I'm not crunching numbers, you'll find me spending time with my husband and kids, exploring the outdoors, or working on my home garden here in Alabama. I believe in building a life you love — and I want the same for every business owner I work with.
